Alright PRE peeps - wanna know the secrets of how to ride smoother, better, and (eventually) faster like the CRs do?
Get yourself some Dunlop rain tires and never miss a session. You've heard before that riding in the rain makes you slow down, concentrate on being smooth, hitting your lines and perhaps most important - feeling traction feedback from your bike. Yep, it's all true and slowing down and riding in the rain will make you a better rider.
Now, while I can't 100% promise that these tires will turn you into Superman you might feel like the first time you float the rear on the brakes into T1. YMMV but it happens and yes, Felicia you'll be simultaneously puckering while giggling in your helmet every time it happens.
These tires were mounted on rims, but never used. They've been taken off and stored properly, on their sides and out of sunlight. They're still sticky just like all new rains but here's the 'better' part:
Selling for $375 for the pair (list is $525) and can bring them to any of the remaining PRE events. While they might not be needed this weekend (go away Debby) if you're in this sport for a while you'll most likely find yourself riding on rains at some point, so do yourself a favor and pick up this set at a good discount.
